PRIVACY

Clear data practices for a research product.

TickerSutra collects only the information needed to operate accounts, understand product usage, protect public forms and review research corrections.

Information we process

When you sign in, TickerSutra receives your ChatGPT account identifier, display name and email address so it can keep private research features tied to your account. The site also records page paths and timestamps. Correction submissions include the details and contact information you choose to provide.

Analytics

TickerSutra uses Google Analytics on public, non-admin pages to understand aggregate traffic and product usage. Google Analytics may process browser, device, referrer and approximate-location information and may use first-party identifiers. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in our configuration.

How information is used

Information is used to operate account features, keep research records private to their owner, improve navigation and coverage, investigate corrections, prevent automated abuse and diagnose service failures. We do not sell correction submissions or account information.

Security and retention

Account and product records are stored in the site's managed database. Public form limits use a one-way visitor key rather than storing a raw IP address. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and records are retained only while they remain useful for the purposes described here or are required for operational accountability.

Your choices

You can use browser privacy controls or content blockers to restrict analytics. To ask about account information or request a correction to information you submitted, use the contact and corrections page. Please do not include confidential financial or identity documents in a correction submission.
