So this is the thought process of the management regarding the utilization of existing facility at Baroda location. And regarding the capacity expansion of 750 megawatt thermal lignite-based power station, already approval has been given by GUVNL in principle for going ahead with under Section 62 cost plus basis. And we have already floated the tender and it is under observation by BHEL and other parties.

So we are trying to put the BESS capacity in the existing gas-based station location and we are using the existing facility of switchyard and other facility of evacuation towards the BESS. And we have already got the approval from GUVNL to put 20/120 megawatt BESS and the tender is already in place. So putting the first phase of BES·s, this is the first step and we are also thinking to put another 30/ 160 megawatt BE

Capacity commissioningLow severity · 1 mention
Watch

One is this, you mentioned just to clarify, this 500-megawatt solar plant is corning --will be commissioned in FY27, is it? It is going to commission in phased manner, '26, '27 and most probably post monsoon, once the work will gear up by third quarter, it will third quarter, it will be mostly commissioned capacity full by end 2026. So the capacity will be commissioned by end of this financial year.

Evidence, freshness and limitations

What does the TickerSutra score mean?

The score ranks captured evidence across financial quality, growth, moat and margins, regulatory catalysts, governance, institutional trend and valuation comfort. It is a research-prioritization tool—not a buy recommendation or price target.

Which sources support this page?

Financial history, ownership and pledge data, NSE and BSE filings, annual reports and available earnings-call transcripts are combined here. Use the source trail and original exchange document before relying on a decision-critical fact.

Why can an item be unresolved?

Unresolved means the current captured source window did not provide enough evidence for that check. It does not establish that a risk or relationship is absent.
